Tartans
The tartan range is
limited. We are sure you understand it is not feasible to stock all
tartans in every kilt sizing. We can request choices but can not guarantee
you will get your request. The most popular tartans stocked are Royal
Stewart and Black Watch.
Socks
For sanitary
reasons socks cannot be rented. Dress white socks need to be
purchased. We need to know the foot size of each person.

Conditions
for Rental
1. It is the responsibility of the renter to
return all the items to Sir Robert's Highland House in good order and
condition
as soon as the function is over.
2. Any rented garment
found damaged the renter will be charged the full cost of the item.
Measurements
Each
person in your party has different requirements. Accordingly, so as to
ensure that the garments fit please provide and complete the questions on the
measurement form. Remember these garments will only fit as good as your
measurements so please follow the instructions carefully and be as accurate as
possible.
For each person we need the following:

The best way to get this measurement is to have
the person wearing the kilt to kneel (in the position of attention) on a hard wood
floor. Then with a yard stick between his knees read off the inches at the
navel. Make sure he does not look down as you measure.
Jacket
- We need his jacket size (for example: 44-R or 46-L etc.)
Requirements
1.
Wedding/function date - Make sure there is adequate time between ordering and
the function date. This is important as rentals are on a "first in,
first served" basis and do need to be booked ahead. This also ensures
the garments reach you in time.
